Free Delivery Eligibility

Orders placed on universalworkwear.ca with a subtotal of $150 CDN or greater (Regular Items, before taxes, and any discounts or coupons) will be eligible for FREE SHIPPING (4-7 business days) within Canada from midnight (EST) July 15th, 2017 onwards. Orders with a subtotal of $199 CDN or greater (Regular Items, before taxes, and any discounts or coupons)will be eligible for free fast shipping (2-3 business days) within Canada (any orders prior to this date and time are not eligible for free shipping). Terms and conditions may vary.

*We no longer cover shipping fees for items being exchanged. Customer is responsible for shipping items back to us with the carrier of their choice. All shipments must be made prepaid, packages shipped COD will be rejected*

Shipping discount is automatic at checkout, and no code is required. Shipping discount is valid for group orders and or bulk purchase orders.

For international orders, please allow an extra 3-7 business days to most locations. International rates and shipping charges will apply. You may/may not receive a separate duty charge/bill directly from customs (separate from Universal Work Wear), depending on the importing policies of your country. Universal Work Wear is not responsible for any applicable duties or import custom fees.

Our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We process orders during our hours of operation Monday – Friday, 9 am – 4:30 pm, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2PM will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2PM, or on a weekend, will be processed the next business day.
