Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "In Process". Once an order has been "Sent to our SHIPPING DEPARTMENT" it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our shipping department and we are awaiting tracking information.
Most orders are filled and ready to ship within 2 business days. Upon shipping, you will typically receive your order within 4 - 7 business days in Canada, 10 - 12 business days in United States. Deliveries are subject to availability of merchandise. Rush shipping is also available extra charges will apply. Air and International shipments are subject to an extra charge, please universalworkwear@shaw.ca
In case we don't have the merchandise in stock, you will be notified and asked if you would like a replacement item. If you don’t want to replace the item with anything you receive a credit back. Unfortunately, we don't keep any backorders.

Yes, you will be charged tax according to your provincial taxes. Shipping charges are also subject to sales tax.
Universal Workwear online prices, sales, and promotions are only available online and not instore.
